Although everybody gets down on life, eventually there's always something to smile about. But when life gets especially challenging, it helps to get a boost in the right direction. Even if you don't know where it's coming from.
That's where we come in.
Here at Secret Smiles, our mission is to improve the quality of life for families in need through anonymous gifts. We have recently expanded our focus to include the families affected by the World Trade Center tragedy on September 11, 2001.
A different kind of charity.
Secret Smiles was created with the fundamental belief that we can make a real difference by providing basic family necessities. We believe that our gifts help motivate and promote self-reliance. Plus, minimal administrative costs for our organization means more smiles for our recipients!
How are recipients selected?
Each recipient undergoes a basic application process, which the board members then consider. All referrals have an equal opportunity for consideration. Secret Smiles is nondiscriminatory and no decision will be based on race, color, nationality, ethnicity or creed. Families will not receive cash donations.
